Peter Kuker is the firm's founding member. After becoming a top producer at another local brokerage, Peter decided to open his own agency in 1978. Peter is a graduate of Rutgers University, former member and president of the North Brunswick Board of Education, and a former member of the North Brunswick Township Committee.

Starting his real estate career in 1988, Jon Kessler is one of Central New Jersey's leading real estate brokers. Kessler, a long time local resident earned his Marketing Degree from Rider University. Jon is a Lifetime Member of the NJAR Distinguished Sales Club and is listed in the "NJAR Who's Who", is on the NJAR Board of Directors and is the 2008 Hunterdon Somerset Association of Realtors President-Elect.

John Chludzinski began in real estate in 1997 after a sucessful career on Wall Street. He holds a degree in Economics from Princeton University, and joined the firm as partner for the East Brunswick office, forming Kuker & Kessler Real Estate. John serves as a Director of the Middlesex County Multiple Listing System .
